Utilizing multi-team and stakeholder engagement strategies, he has experience building customer facing large scale infrastructure solutions in the energy, water and wastewater sectors and oversaw asset portfolios exceeding $3 billion and associated capital budgets more than $100 million. He has a demonstrated track record of leadership in developing results driven teams, commercial structures, sustainable energy, utility infrastructure, business process optimization including ESG and KPIs, asset management, and extensive expertise and experience in the development, design, engineering, construction, operations, and management of large-scale community infrastructure-related assets.
