WE’RE HIRING!

Project Director at Next Infrastructure

COMPANY BACKGROUND

Next Infrastructure (NEXT) is an industry leader in sustainable infrastructure and innovation for development projects of scale. As the building blocks of cities, district-scale development is the catalyst for smart urban growth that advances local environmental initiatives and enables resiliency. At NEXT, we take a formative early-stage role in projects of scale across North America to develop a comprehensive district program that unlocks the optimum results for our partners. Our interdisciplinary background in real estate, planning, engineering, technology, and economics allows us to combine deep subject matter expertise with a developer’s mindset to create holistic, commercial solutions. We guide projects through the stages of visioning, feasibility, design, partnership, and implementation using a unique set of digital tools, advising on and managing the planning and delivery of energy, water, waste, mobility, and digital infrastructure assets. With a global network of system operators and financial partners, we manifest bold ideas into reality.
