He has pushed the envelope to bring new innovations to a number of projects with the aim to radically improve outcomes in sustainability, mobility, and digital connectivity. Working in all stages of development, from entitlement to operation, Bronson has established an integrated project approach to realize a holistic vision while retaining the flexibility to respond to evolving market conditions and technology readiness levels. In addition to serving currently as a consultant to NEXT Infrastructure, he most recently was the Commercial and Regulatory Senior Manager for Lendlease, assisting Google with the development of the District Systems that will support four large mixed used real estate development projects in Silicon Valley. Prior to that role, Jonathan worked on microgrid policy and project development for Concentric Power and Ameresco. He has also worked at Renew Financial, the creator of one of the first PACE financing programs, and at AECOM, the Sierra Club, the Clinton Climate Initiative, and at Rocky Mountain Institute. In Los Angeles, Jonathan Served as Deputy Mayor for Economic Development under Los Angeles Mayor Jim Hahn, Regional Administrator for the City’s Redevelopment Agency, and on a variety of city, state assembly, and congressional races in LA County. Jonathan received his undergraduate degree in Comparative Literature from Princeton University, and both his MBA and MA in Urban Planning from UCLA. Jonathan was born and raised in Pasadena, and has been living in the Bay Area since 2007.</image:caption>
